Is my artwork print ready?
If you are unsure if your artwork is print ready, check out our Artwork Help & Support page. Alternatively you can contact us and attach your artwork for us to check.
How do I send my artwork?
Once you have placed your order, you can upload your artwork using our Artwork Upload page. We also accept artwork by email under 20mb. Please use wetransfer.com for files larger than 100mb.
How long will my order take?
The estimated turnaround time for each product is located on each product page above the product image. Please contact us before placing your order if your order is urgent.
Can I collect?
We only allow collections for certain products at our Yaxley print facility. All collections must be booked in with us, and be within our opening hours of Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm). Please check with us before placing your order.
Will my order arrive in time?
If your order is time sensitive we recommend allowing plenty of time for it to arrive. The couriers we use sometimes experience delays which are out of our control. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
