Product description
Introducing our Knitted Polyester (117gsm), the standard material for bespoke flags that combines durability and vibrant image reproduction. This lightweight yet robust fabric is the industry standard, chosen for its reliability and ability to showcase high-quality full-colour prints.
Printed up to 3.2m-wide using dye-sublimation print technology, each flag receives meticulous attention to detail. The result is an 80-90% show-through on the reverse, ensuring your message remains visible and impactful from any angle. The finishing touches are applied using industrial sewing machines, ensuring a bespoke touch for each flag.
With an approximate maximum finished flag width of 3000mm, depending on the chosen finish, this polyester material offers versatility for various flag applications. The roll width of 3200mm accommodates larger projects while maintaining exceptional print quality.
Each flag undergoes the dye-sublimation process, using special inks and a post-print heating process to 'fix' the ink into the fabric. This not only guarantees scuff resistance but also makes the fabric washable, ensuring longevity and maintaining its vibrant appearance.

Add to cart & checkout
Once you have finished with your selection, a price will be visible at the bottom of the drop downs. You can now click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Your product will now be added to the cart. You can now check-out and place your order. Alternatively, you can add more products to the cart.

Once your checkout is complete, you may upload your artwork using the button on the checkout successful page or using the green button at the top of our site menu. Please include your order number when submitting your artwork. We are not able to process your order without a valid order number. Please let us know if you are having difficulty uploading your artwork.
Delivery Information
Delivery ETA
The delivery ETA can be found at the top of each product page and the turnaround time can also be upgraded to 48h express on selected products. The turnaround time for each product includes production time.
48h Express Example: If your order is placed on Monday with print-ready artwork uploaded by 5pm, the estimated delivery day will be Wednesday. Orders placed after 5pm or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Tracking details will be emailed to you so you can check your estimated delivery date. Please ensure someone will be available to receive your order at the delivery address provided.
Urgent orders
The fastest available turnaround is our 48h express service (on selected products). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same day or next day services. If your order is urgent and falls within this time frame, please contact us.
Is your order time sensitive? Although nearly all orders arrive on time, there are rare occasions when our delivery partner lets us down. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date as production and delivery times are estimated. One Printer is not responsible for courier tracking and assumes no responsibility for refunds or reprints in the event of a delayed delivery by our courier partner.
Not going to be in?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be emailed your delivery tracking details. If you’re not going to be in, you might be able to update your delivery options using the tracking link provided to you. As we use different couriers for different orders, some delivery options may not be available to you. If you have missed your delivery, please contact the courier directly to organise redelivery.
